Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number; 2–3 clear photos of the item; photos of the packaging; a brief description of the issue. After review, we will offer the best available solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Returns
