At Natural Beauty Zone, we aim to provide reliable, transparent, and customer-friendly shipping for all orders within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify: shipping address; items in the order; shipping method. Please ensure your details are correct at checkout.

Shipping Time (United States)

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, high order volume, holidays, incorrect shipping information. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update. If you have not received tracking after 7 business days, please contact us: info@naturalbeautyzone.com

Split Shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship separately. You may receive items on different dates. This is normal for products sourced from different fulfillment partners.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for: incorrect addresses; missing apartment/unit numbers; failed delivery attempts. If a package is returned due to incorrect address: Reshipping fees will apply; Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Natural Beauty Zone is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package: Contact your local carrier; Check with neighbors; Check your local post office. Our team is happy to assist where possible and help you review the available tracking details.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery; Include clear photos of the item and packaging; Provide your order number.

Shipping Delays

Shipping timelines may be affected by weather conditions, carrier disruptions, logistics delays, address issues, high-demand periods, holiday volume. We appreciate your patience while the carrier completes delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
